A custom home is a thousand decisions. Our job is to make every one of them easier — and stand behind all of them.

Whether you are starting from a sketch on a napkin or a full architect set, we take the build from permits to punch list with one accountable team. Coastal shingle-style, modern farmhouse, or something nobody has a name for yet — the standard is the same: square, plumb, and built to outlast the mortgage.

We came up framing and finishing, so the details that get buried behind drywall get the same attention as the ones you see every day. And because we run a tight subcontractor bench we have worked with for years, the schedule we give you is one we can actually keep.

Do we need to have plans already?
No. About half our clients arrive with a full architect set and half arrive with ideas. We work both ways — we can build to your plans or coordinate design from the first sketch through engineering as part of a design-build engagement.
What does a custom home cost per square foot?
It depends on the lot, the design, and the finish level — which is why we do not quote a number before we have walked the site and understood the scope. What we will commit to: a line-item budget before you sign, allowances stated plainly, and no surprise change orders for things we should have caught.
How long does a custom build take?
Most of our builds run 10 to 16 months from design kickoff to keys, depending on permitting, weather, and scope. We give you a real schedule during preconstruction and report against it every week.
