- Content on this site — including timelines, process descriptions, the scorecard, and any examples — is general information, not professional, financial, or legal advice, and not an offer to perform work.
- No estimate, scope, schedule, or price exists until it's in a written agreement signed by both parties. Construction engagements are governed by their own written contracts, which control over anything on this site.
- The Business Health Scorecard and benchmark materials are self-assessment tools. Scores are directional, not a professional evaluation of your business.
Licensing
Tessera Build Co. is licensed and insured in Massachusetts — MA CSL #108979, MA HIC #220127. Massachusetts homeowners have rights under the Home Improvement Contractor law (M.G.L. c. 142A); details are available from the Commonwealth's Office of Consumer Affairs.
Your submissions
Information you send through forms must be yours to share and accurate to your knowledge. Don't submit anything unlawful or anything confidential that you're not authorized to disclose. How we handle submissions is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Tessera name, mark, and the design, text, and imagery on this site belong to Tessera Build Co. or its licensors. You may view and share links freely; don't republish or use our content commercially without permission.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tessera Build Co. is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liabilities that cannot be limited under Massachusetts law, including rights under a signed construction contract.
